Cultivating Champions Group (CCG) was conceived in 2014 and officially founded in 2023 by a group of friends who turned a passion for gaming into an organization that not only fosters excellence in the current scene, but also strives to nurture and provide opportunities for youth interested in esports.
We believe that the future of esports relies on supporting all levels and types of play, from running local high school tournaments to providing opportunities for players, coaches, and staff to get involved in the highest levels of the scene.
Success is seeing the people involved with our organization grow, develop their talents, and receive recognition for their achievements, whether it be in a youth esports league or at a professional level.
CCG TEAMS
CCG owns semi-professional teams in several esports. We support these teams by giving the coaches and staff the tools to succeed, and giving the players the opportunity to promote themselves by producing casted streams for as many games as possible.
LEAGUE OF LEGENDS
Founded in 2023, the CCG League of Legends team currently participates in the North American Challengers League.
CCG also participates in the Aegis Champions League and Risen Champions League.​
VALORANT
Founded in 2023, the CCG Valorant team currently participates in the IG League Open Division.
CS2
Founded in 2023, the CCG CS2 team currently participates in the ESEA Advanced League.

YOUTH DEVELOPMENT
Esports clubs provide an alternative outlet for students who may not have a desire to be involved in academic clubs, the arts, or traditional sports. They give students the opportunity to receive coaching and play on an organized team, which in turn allows them to learn the values of teamwork, individual and group responsibility, competition, and a sense of culture and community.
CCG is dedicated to providing opportunities for schools to host their own esports clubs.
